NEW TO CYCLEBAR?

We've got you covered

We’ll tell you what to expect on your first indoor cycling visit, and help you get ready to Rock Your Ride™.

  • FREE INTRO SESSION AND NEW RIDER PACKAGE

Want to give CycleBar® a whirl? Your first 30-min intro ride is on us. All you have to do is schedule your ride. Or, if you’d like to jump right into one of our regular classes, we’ve got an exclusive first-time rider package to get you started.

    EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS
  • PRE-RIDE

You don’t want to ride on an empty tank, so we recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack. (No need to carbo load for a 50-minute ride.) Not sure what to wear? We suggest a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting shorts or pants. We have plenty of CycleBar apparel in the studio, too.

    PRE-RIDE

Before your first ride, you need to sign a waiver. You can print one out and bring it in or ask for one at the front desk. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent IN PERSON. Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio, outfit you with shoes, and help adjust your bike.

  • AMENITIES

At CycleBar, we take care of everything, so all you have to do is show up, clip in, and ride. We provide shoes for FREE—along with a complimentary water bottle and snacks. Got your own shoes? Our bikes are compatible with SPD shoes. Along with lockers that have coded keypads for easy access and safe storage for all of your belongings, we also have a locker room, robes, hair ties, wet clothing bags, and other toiletries for you to use.

    AMENITIES
  • RIDER SAFETY

Just as you would with any new exercise, consult your doctor before starting up at CycleBar. Our rides offer a full body workout and a rigorous cardio experience, so make sure you listen to your body during your class. Your CycleStar® Instructor will help you reach your personal best, but your safety comes first. If at any time during or after a class you feel unusual symptoms, please notify us and/or seek medical attention.
